A professional service to receive a fixed, punctual, and guaranteed monthly income from the rental of your apartment in London or the UK. We rent your property with a regular, legally compliant contract. We carry out, at our own expense, improvements to enhance its value and make it even more comfortable. Then we make it available to our verified and selected partners for short-term rentals.
