Submitting the SCIA (Certified Notification of Commencement of Activity) and obtaining the CIN (National Identification Code), which are mandatory for short-term rentals in Italy.

First contact and definition of your goals
After the first contact, we propose a preliminary introductory call. This is a free initial consultation to understand your expectations: What do you want to achieve with your property? Have you already had management experience, perhaps by trying to start the short-term rental business on your own? What difficulties have you encountered, and in which areas do you feel you need support? What are the distinctive characteristics of your property? When do you want it to be available for rent? What are your expectations and priorities? Already at this stage, we evaluate together whether your apartment has all the characteristics to allow you to achieve the results you desire. If it doesn't, we tell you immediately, with sincerity and transparency. We don't want to waste your time or promise you something that cannot be achieved.
On-site visit
If your needs and our services align, the next step is to schedule an on-site visit. During the visit, we analyze the strengths and areas for improvement of the apartment and suggest the best strategy to enhance your property
Contract and start-up
Before starting, we formalize everything by signing a clear and transparent contract, in which we agree upon a tailor-made and shared management of the short-term rental.
